Libraries in Lewisham :
Catford Library
Welcome to Catford Library in London Borough of Lewisham.
When you visit the library you'll get a warm welcome from our staff, including Thomas, Naomi and Jan.
Thomas has been working for Lewisham Libraries for 11 years and likes reading, movies and watching EastEnders. Jan has been here for 19 years and enjoys her job. She also likes reading as well as listening to music and spending time with her Grandson. Naomi has been here for 9 years and her favourite book of all time is To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee.
The staff are looking forward to being involved in the Outside Story project as it is an exciting new opportunity. Did you know that Catford Library is in Laurence House, part of the Lewisham Town Hall complex, but this used to be the site of St Laurence Church? This church has now moved to Bromley Road which is where Catford Library used to be!
